Extension to public invitation for participation in the Public Tender Process for the sale of 54,79% of the total capital of: IMK "14. OKTOBAR" A.D. KRUSEVAC

In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/2001 and 18/2003), the Privatization Agency (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues an:

1. By the power of Clause 5 of the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender Process, published in daily newspaper "Politika" on November 30th 2004, the PA hereby informs all potential participants on extension of the deadline for submission of written requests for the purchase of the Tender Documents, and the deadline for submission of final binding offers for acquisition of the capital.
   
2. The new deadline from the Clause 4 of the Public Invitation, for submission of the written request for the purchase of the Tender Documents, is March 25th 2005.
   
3. The new deadline from the Clause 5 of the Public Invitation, for submission of final binding offers for acquisition of the capital, is April 22nd 2005, at 17:00 hours (Belgrade time).
   
4. All other Clauses of the Public Invitation, including the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Public Invitation if necessary, shall remain unchanged.
