Pursuant to Article 28, Art. 69, par. 3 and Art. 72 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the RoS" no. 38/2001, 18/2003, 45/2005 and 123/07 – oth. Law, 30/10 – oth. Law and 93/12) and Art. 9 of the Law on Privatization Agency ("Official Gazette of the RoS" no. 38/2001, 135/2004 and 30/2010), as well as based on the power of attorney from item 9 of the Public Invitation announced in Privatization Agency official web site on September 27, 2012 and published in the daily newspapers «Politika» on September 29, 2012 (hereinafter: Public Invitation), the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: the Agency) hereby announces:

The Agency hereby informs all interested parties on amendments to Public Invitation for participation in the summary procedure public tender for the sale of 60.693 shares with mark CFI-at: ESVUFR,ISIN-number: RSPPLAE62194, with nominal vale of 500,00 RSD in the ownership of Privatization Agency, Republic of Serbia and the Shareholder’s Fund а.d. Belgrade, representing 72,894% of total Company’s capital, in the following manner:
1. The Tender Documents Fee from section 3 of the Public Invitation has been changed to amount EUR 5,000.00 (five thousand euros) in RSD equivalent at medium exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia at the invoicing date.
2. The Deadline for submission of the written requests for the purchase of the Tender Documents for the Company Undergoing Privatization from section 7 of the Public Invitation, has been extended until 16 November, 2012 by 16:30 hours (Belgrade time).
3. The Deadline for submission of final binding offers for purchasing of 72,894% of the registered capital of the Company Undergoing Privatization from section 8 of the Public Invitation has been extended until 14 December, 2012 by 16:30 hours (Belgrade time).
