Ammendments no. 1 to Public Invitation for participation in Public Tender for acquisition of 100% of the total registered capital in: SOCIALLY OWNED COMPANY "GLASS COMPANY PANCEVO" in restructuring, Pancevo

In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 38/2001, 18/2003, 45/2005 and 123/2007), the Conclusion by the Government of the Republic of Serbia 05 no. 023-5960/2005 dated September 29th 2005 and the Power of Attorney Agreement concluded by and between the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia and Privatization Agency no 1-1267/05 dated October 25th 2005 and the authorization from Item 6. of the Public Invitation published in daily newspaper "POLITIKA" on October 28th, 2009 (hereinafter: Public Invitation)



The Agency hereby informs all interested parties on the ammendments no. 1 to Public Invitation, as follows:

1. In Article 5 of the Public Invitation paragraph 1 is being modified as follows:

The Agency is hereby inviting all parties interested in tender participation to submit a written request for the purchase of the Tender Documents for the Entity Undergoing Privatization at the latest by April 16th 2010, until 16:30 hours (Belgrade time).

2. In Article 6 of the Public Invitation paragraph 1 is being modified as follows:

The deadline for submission of the final binding bids for acquisition of 100% of the total capital of the Entity Undergoing Privatization by interested bidders is May 7th 2010, until 16:30 hours (Belgrade time).

3. All other information relating this Public Invitation shall remain unchanged and are available at following internet adress:
