Alteration of public invitation for participation in public bidding for acquisition of immovable property of the joint stock company for production and trade of electrical equipment and electrical installations "Zastava Elektro" – in restructuring, Raca

1. Public invitation for participation in public bidding for acquisition of immovable property of the Joint stock company for production and trade of electrical equipment and electrical installations "ZASTAVA ELEKTRO" – in restructuring, Raca, announced on March 1st 2010 in "Politika" daily newspaper, is altered in the parts which refer to sale code, sale documents, subject of sale visits, application for participating in the public bidding, and public bidding date.

2. Sale code is altered, so it goes: R-090410-3388

3. In item 4. of Public invitation

3rd paragraph is altered, so it goes:

"Upon delivery of the evidence of payment, Sale Documents can be collected at the following address: Privatization Agency, Center for Auctions and Compulsory Liquidation, Terazije 23, 5th Floor, Room 511, from 08.30 to 16.30 hours, in the period from March 16th, 2010 to March 29th, 2010."

4. In item 5. of Public invitation

1st paragraph is altered, so it goes

" Participants may visit the subject of sale after signing the Confidentiality Agreement, in the period from March 16th, 2010 to March 29th, 2010."

5. In item 6. of Public invitation

1st paragraph is altered, so it goes

"Applications should be submitted to the Privatization Agency, Terazije 23, Belgrade, by March 30th, 2010 at 4:30 PM."

4th paragraph is altered, so it goes

"Filled out applications, which are provided in the Sale Documents, along with signed draft Sale and Purchase Agreement initialed at each page, and evidence of the paid deposit or Bid Bond, shall be submitted to the Privatization Agency in closed envelope clearly marked:

"APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PUBLIC BIDDING R-090410
PRIVATIZATION AGENCY
TERAZIJE 23, 11000 BELGRADE""

6. In item 7. of Public invitation

1st paragraph is altered, so it goes

" Public bidding will be held on April 9th, 2010, at 13.00 hours, at the premises of the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije 23, 2nd Floor Grand Hall."

7. The Agency reserves the right to change dates, deadlines and/or conditions from this Public Invitation, and shall not be held liable for cost and damages these changes cause to the bidders.

8. All other information dates, deadlines and conditions of Public invitation remain unaltered.
