Amendments no 1 to the public invitation for participation in public tender for sale of 70% of total registered capital of: Company for production, overhauling and assembly of machines and equipment "PRIM" d.o.o, Kostolac,

Based on Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette RoS", No. 38/2001, 18/2003, 45/2005 and 123/2007) and the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on approving the initiative for commencing the process of privatization, 05 No. 023-6074/2005-39 on 29th of December 2005 as well as on the authorization given in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation for participation in public tender, tender code: PRM 14/09, published in daily newspaper "Politika" on November 16, 2009

issues this:



The Agency hereby informs all interested parties on the amendments to the Public Invitation for participation in public tender for sale of 70% of the total registered capital of the Entity Undergoing Privatization, as follows:

1. In Clause 5 Paragraph 1 is changed as follows:

"The Agency hereby invites all interested parties to submit a written request for the purchase of the Tender Documents for the Entity Undergong Privatization, by February 12, 2010, by 4.30 p.m. Belgrade time."

2. In Clause 6 Paragraph 1 is changed as follows

"The deadline for submission of the final binding offers for acquisition of 70% of the total registered capital of the Entity Undergoing Privatization by interested bidders is March 26, 2010, by 4.30 p.m. Belgrade time."

3. All other details of the Public Invitation, dates, terms and conditions thereto shall remain unchanged and available at:
