Ammendments no.1 of the public invitation for participation in the Public Tender for sale of 291,851 ordinary shares with reference CFI code: ESVUFR, ISIN-number: RSEIBBE81150 owned by the Share Fund of the Republic of Serbia

Pursuant to Articles 28, 69, and 72 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 38/2001, 18/2003, 45/2005 and 123/2007), Article 9 of the Law on Privatization Agency ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 38/2001 and 135/2004), Article 9 of the Law on the Share Fund ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 38/2001 and 45/2005), Article 7 of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Tender ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 45/2001, 59/2003, 110/2003, 52/2005, 126/2007, 96/2008, 107/2008 and 98/2009), and authorization from Clause 6 of the Public Invitation published on November 3, 2009 in "Poilitika" daily newspaper, the Privatization Agency (hereinafter "the Agency") hereby announces



The Agency hereby notifies all interested parties about the Amendments No.1 to the Public invitation, as follows:

1. The qualification requirements for potential bidders from Article 4. Paragraph A subpoint (a) are changed to read as follows:
a. for the last 3 (three) consecutive business years it has been engaged in specific civil engineering works, i.e. in production and/or trading of concrete pillars, transformer substation structures and support elements for construction and maintenance of electric power infrastructure and/or construction of energy or telecommunication networks, and/or wholesale trade of similar products, electric supplies and equipment for construction and maintenance of electric power infrastructure, and generated operating revenues of at least € 10,000,000 (ten million Euros) in 2008
2. The qualification requirements for consortium set out in Article 4. Paragraph B subpoint (a) are changed to read as follows:
3. for the last 3 (three) consecutive business years it has been engaged in specific civil engineering works, i.e. in production and/or trading of concrete pillars, transformer substation structures and support elements for construction and maintenance of electric power infrastructure and/or construction of energy or telecommunication networks, and/or wholesale trade of similar products, electric supplies and equipment for construction and maintenance of electric power infrastructure, and generated operating revenues of at least € 10,000,000 (ten million Euros) in 2008
4. Deadline for submission of the written request for purchasing the Tender documents set out in Article 5 of the Public Invitation, is hereby extended until January 29th 2010 at 4:30 p.m. CET.
5. Deadline for submission of final binding offers for acquisition of Company’s shares set out in Article 6. of the Public Invitation is hereby extended until February 22nd 2010 at 4:30 p.m. CET.
