Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 11.09.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Agricultural enterprise PKB Voćarske plantaže, BOLEČ

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 40,34% of the total capital and 100,00% of state-owned capital of the Republic of Serbia, which is 17,67% of the total capital. Totally is offered 58,011% of capital субјекта of the privatization entity, Poljoprivredno preduzeće (Joint-stock agricultural company) "PKB Voćarske plantaže" a.d. The stake of the state-owned capital of the Republic of Serbia in the entity capital is offered for sale according to the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Serbia 05 no.: 023-3892/2008-1 dated 19.12.2008.
