Public invitation for participation in the Public auction for Enterprise for foreign and domestic trade EI EKSPORT-IMPORT D.O.O., BEOGRAD

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the RS", nos. 38/01, 18/03 45/05,123/2007 and 123/2007 - other laws), and Article 9 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by Public auction ("Official Gazette of the RS" nos. 52/05 91/07 and 96/08),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Enterprise for foreign and domestic trade EI EKSPORT-IMPORT D.O.O., BEOGRAD

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 20,48% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the stake of EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, which amounts to 68,33% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 88,81% of the capital of the privatization entity, Enterprise for foreign and domestic trade EI "EKSPORT-IMPORT" D.O.O.. The stake of EI KORPORACIJE in restructuring, NIŠ in the capital of the entity is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
