Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 26.06.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. : ЈУГОПОТ Limited Liability Company for organization of games of chance and party games, trade and services, BELGRADE

Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 34,35% of the total capital and 100,00% of the state-owned capital of the Republic of Serbia, which is 49,69% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 84,04% of the capital of the privatization entity, JUGOPOT Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću za priređivanje igara na sreću i zabavnih igara, trgovinu i usluge, from Belgrade. The stake of the state-owned capital of the RoS in the entity’s capital, is offered for sale according to the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Serbia 05 no: 42-2369/2009 dated 30 April 2009.
