Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 19.06.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Agricultural enterprise PKB Voćarske plantaže d.o.o., BOLEČ
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 40,34% of the entire capital and 100,00% of state owned capital of the RoS, which amounts to 17,67% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 58,01% of the capital of the privatization entity, Agricultural enterprise "PKB Voćarske plantaže" d.o.o. The stake of the state owned capital of the RoS in the capital of the entity is on sale according to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia 05 no. 023-3892/2008-1 dated 19.12.2008.
