Notice of annulment of the Public Auction
organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise "TRANSPORT I USLUGE", ARILjE, held on 24.04.2009, Auction Code 240409-3270. Pursuant to the authority from the Article 45 of the Decree on Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette of the RoS", nos. 52/05, 91/2007 and 96/2008), the Director of the Privatization Agency has made a Decision whereby the public auction organized for sale of the capital of the Socially-owned enterprise "TRANSPORT I USLUGE", ARILjE, held on 24.04.2009, Auction Code 240409-3270, shall be annulled.
