Public Invitation for participation in Public bidding for purchasing the immovable property and equipment of the Hotel and tourist complex Inex Zlatna obala, Sutomore, sale code IZO 050509, published on March 19, 2009 in the daily newspaper ’Politika’, is changed in part that relates to: Sale Documents, period for site visits, submitting of Application for participation in the public bidding and Public bidding Date, pursuant to the following:
1. Clause 3 paragraph 2 is changed as follows:
The Agency hereby invites all interested parties to submit a written request for purchase of the Sale Documents, at the latest until May 21, 2009.
2. Deadline for site visit of the Subject of sale, deadline for submission of application for participation in the public bidding and public bidding date are changed as follows:
1. Participants may visit the subject of sale up to May 22, 2009.
2. Deadline for submitting application for participation in the public bidding is May 22, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.
3. The public bidding shall take place on May 29, 2009 at 11 hours Belgrade time, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Belgrade, Grand hall.
