Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction published in the daily newspapers "Politika" on 17.02.2009

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08), the Privatization Agency announces





According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 17.02.2009, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 240409-3163p, organized for joint sale of the capital of Limited Liability Company DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA TURBOMOTORA I TRANSMISIJA, Beograd, and Limited Liability Company DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA MALOLITRAŽNIH MOTORA, Beograd, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:

"Public Auction organized for joint sale of the capital of Limited Liability Company DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA TURBOMOTORA I TRANSMISIJA, Beograd, and Limited Liability Company DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA MALOLITRAŽNIH MOTORA, Beograd, Auction Code 290509-3163p, will be held on 29.05.2009, at the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 29.05.2009, from 9:00 to 10:50.
The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 20.05.2009 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 21.05.2009 at 16:30."
