1. Limited liability company for transport, mechanization and overhaul MINELTRANSPORT, BEOGRAD
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 61,61% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the stake of MINEL HOLDING KORPORACIJE / MINEL KONCERN, BEOGRAD, which amounts to 11,99% of the capital of the privatization entity 73,60% of the capital of the privatization entity, Limited liability company for transport, mechanization and overhaul "MINELTRANSPORT". The stake of MINEL HOLDING KORPORACIJE / MINEL KONCERN, BEOGRAD in the capital of the entity is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency. download
