Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 15.05.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 35,70% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stake of the ЕI KORPORACIJ under restructuring, NIŠ, which is 49,00% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 84,70% of the capital of the privatization entity, EI KORPORACIJA- Preduzeće za projektovanje, proizvodnju i održavanje procesnih sistema i digitalnih uređaja (Enterprise for designing, production and maintenance of operating systems and digital devices) RAČUNARI d.о.о.. The stake of the EI KORPORACIJA under restructuring, NIŠ, in the capital of the subject of sale is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
