Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 15.05.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. EI Opšti i uslužni poslovi d.о.о., BELGRADE
   

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 34,30% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stake of the EI KORPORACIJA under restructuring, NIŠ, which is 51,00% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 85,30% of the capital of the privatization entity, EI "Opšti i uslužni poslovi" d.о.о. The stake of the EI KORPORACIJA under restructuring, NIŠ, in the entity capital is offered for sale based on the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
