Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 24.04.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Enterprise for domestic and foreign trade ЕI EKSPORT-IMPORT D.О.О., BELGRADE
   

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 20,48% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stake of the EI KORPORACIJA IN RESTRUCTURING, NIŠ, which is 68,33% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 88,81% of the capital of privatization entity, Preduzeće za unutrašnju i spoljnu trgovinu EI "ЕKSPORT-IMPORT" D.О.О.(Enterprise for domestic and foreign trade ltd.). The stake of the EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, in the entity capital is offered for sale according to the power of attorney assigned to the Privatization Agency. download
