Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 24.04.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Enterprise for computing, micrographics and engineering EI INFORMATIKA d.o.o., NIŠ
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 33,86% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the stake of EI KORPORACIJA under restructuring, NIŠ, which amounts to 50,34% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 84,20% of the capital of the privatization entity, Enterprise for computing, micrographics and engineering EI INFORMATIKA d.o.o.. The stake of EI KORPORACIJA under restructuring, NIŠ in the capital of the entity undergoing privatization is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
