Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

Since technical errors have been noticed in the Public Invitation for participation in the public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 30.12.2008, the Privatization Agency announces:



Organized for sale of capital of the following privatization entity:

- Socially-owned trade enterprise JATEKS, LESKOVAC,

The Correction refers to the entire estimated capital value to be privatized, deposit, initial price and minimum investments into the privatization entity, so the stated items now read as follows:

The entire estimated capital value to be privatized: RSD 53.710.000 or *EUR 609.499 which is 70 % of the entire capital of the entity.
Deposit for participation in the auction: RSD 5.371.000 or *EUR 60.950
Initial price at the auction sale: RSD 10.742.000
Minimum investments into the privatization entity: RSD 1.881.000
