CORRECTION OF THE PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AUCTION
organized under code 060309-3315, for the purpose of sale of capital of the Joint-stock company INDUSTRIJA OBUĆE "BEOGRAD" – in restructuring, Belgrade
which was announced in the daily "Politika" on 30.12.2008.
The correction refers to the Basic data on auction sale, in the part relating to the qualification criteria for participation in public auction, so that they now read:
"The right to participate in public auction has:
А) domestic or foreign legal entity fulfilling the following requirement:
1. it is registered for performing activities from the group of activities G-19 – production of leather and leather stuffs and footwear
B) domestic or foreign individual
1. who is owner of more than 50% of capital of a legal entity which fulfills requirement for legal entities for participation in public auction, or
2. who is employed by the enterprise which is registered for performing activities from the group of activities G-19: production of leather and leather stuffs and footwear
C) Consortium
1. A consortium shall be deemed to fulfill the requirements from this public invitation, if a member or member of consortium which fulfill the requirements, participate in the consortium with at least 51% of the total stake in the consortium."
