Pursuant to the authority from the Article 23 Paragraph 4 of the Decree on Sale of Captal and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08), the Public Auction under the code 270309-3244, organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for catering trade and other services "JEZERO", Beograd, shall be cancelled.
