Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 27.03.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Limited Laibility Company for transport, mechanization and overhaul MINELTRANSPORT, BELGRADE
   

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 61,61% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stake of the MINEL HOLDING KORPORACIJA/MINEL CONCERN, BELGRADE, which is 11,99% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 73,60% of the capital of the privatization entity, Limited Liability Company for transport, mechanization and overhaul "MINELTRANSPORT". The stake of the MINEL HOLDING KORPORACIJA, BELGRADE in the entity capital is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
