Ammendments no. 2 to the Public announcement for participation in the Public Tender for the acquisition of 69,902% of the total registered capital in: SOCIALLY OWNED COMPANY FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING "PORECJE" VUCJE, LESKOVAC

In accordance with the Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 38/2001, 18/2003, 45/2005 and 123/2007) and the authorization from Item 6. of the Public announcement published in the daily newspaper "POLITIKA" on the day of November 14th, 2008 (hereinafter: Public announcement)

PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA
hereby announces:



Agency is hereby informing all interested parties of the ammendments no. 2 to the Public announcement, as follows:

1. The deadline for the submission of the written request for the purchase of the Tender documentation of the Entity undergoing privatization referred to in item 5. of the Public announcement is hereby changed and extended to last untill March 6th, 2009 until 16:30 hours (Belgrade time).
   
2. The deadline for the submission of the final binding bids for the purchase of 69,902% of the total registered capital of the Entity undergoing privatization by the interested bidders referred to in the item 6. of the Public announcement is hereby changed and extended to last untill March 20th, 2009 until 16:30 hours (Belgrade time).
   
3. All of the other information relating to the Public announcement remain unchanged and are available in the following internet adress:
