Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 27.03.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. GOŠA - FABRIKA ZA PROIZVODNjU ALATA I MAŠINA DOO – in restructuring, SMEDEREVSKA PALANKA
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 100,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 55,73% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the stake of the Development Funds RoS, BEOGRAD, which amounts to 44,27% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 100,00% of the capital of the privatization entity, GOŠA - FABRIKA ZA PROIZVODNjU ALATA I MAŠINA DOO – in restructuring. The stake of the Development Fund RoS, BEOGRAD in the capital of the entity undergoing privatization is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
