Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08), the Privatization Agency announces
CORRECTION OF PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC AUCTION
published in the daily newspapers "Politika" on 03.11.2008
According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 03.11.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
1. Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 261208-3019p, organized for sale of the capital of Socks plant UDARNIK, Zrenjanin, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:
"Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socks plant UDARNIK, Zrenjanin, Auction Code 130209-3019p, will be held on 13.02.2009, at the following address: Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 13.02.2009, from 9:00 to 10:50. The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 04.02.2009 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 05.02.2009 at 16:30."
