Public invitation for participation in the public auction for Socially-owned enterprise for meat production and processing and agricultural production JUGOCOOP eksport - import, BUJANOVAC

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03, 45/05 and 123/07), and Article 9 of the Decree оn sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette RS" no-s. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08),
Privatization Agency announces:

1. Socially-owned enterprise for meat production and processing and agricultural production JUGOCOOP eksport - import, BUJANOVAC

The right to participate in public auction has:

А) domestic or foreign legal entity which cumulatively fulfills the following conditions:
1. that it is registered for performing activities in the field of meat production and processing;
2. that it realized during last business year the total operating income (on the basis of disclosed data in the financial statement for 2007) of at least EUR 2.000.000,00;

A legal entity shall be deemed to have fulfilled conditions required for participation in the public auction, if it owns more than 50% capital of a legal entity which cumulatively fulfills conditions required for participation in public auction.
B) domestic or foreign individual
1. which owns more than 50% capital of a legal entity which cumulatively fulfills requirements for legal entities for participation in public auction.

C) Consortium
1. a consortium shall be deemed to fulfill requirements from this public invitation, if a member or members of consortium which cumulatively fulfill required conditions, participate in the consortium with at least 51% of the total stake in the consortium.
