Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 06.02.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Socially-owned enterprise for trade, tourism, catering industry and rent-a-car ZASTAVA IT-TURS, KRAGUJEVAC
   

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which is 69,31% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stake of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE, which is 0,99% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 70,30% capital of the entity undergoing privatization, Socially-owned enterprise for trade, tourism, catering industry and rent-a-car "ZASTAVA IT-TURS". The stake of the Development Fund RS, Belgrade in the entity capital, is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
