Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction which was announced in the daily "Politika" on 10.11.2008.

According to Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of capital and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08), Privatization Agency is announcing



Based on the authority from Public invitation for participation in the public auction which was announced in the daily "Politika" on 10.11.2008, in view of which the auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about corrections of date, place ad time of the public auction.

Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, under code 121208-3038p, organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the EI Preduzeće za projektovanje, proizvodnju i održavanje poslovnih i procesnih sistema i digitalnih uređaja (EI Limited Liability Company for planning, production and maintenace of operating and processing systems and digital devices) "RAČUNARI" d.о.о., Niš, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction and now reads as follows:

"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the EI Preduzeće za projektovanje, proizvodnju i održavanje poslovnih i procesnih sistema i digitalnih uređaja RAČUNARI d.о.о., Niš, under code 200209-3038p, will be held on 20.02.2009, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije St. 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 20.02.2009, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 11.02.2009, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 12.02.2009, by 16:30."
