Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 30.01.2008., in Beogradu

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Socially-owned enterprise for production of china PORCELAN-ZAJEČAR in restructuring, ZAJEČAR
   

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 100,00% of socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 77,86% of the total capital and 100,00% of stake of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE, which is 22,14% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 100,00% of capital of the privatization entity, Socially-owned enterprise for production of china "PORCELAN-ZAJEČAR" in restructuring. The stake of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE in the entity capital is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
