Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 30.01.2008., in Beogradu

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Enterprise for production and sale of polyurethane and furntiture "BLAGOTIN" DOO (ZASTAVA AUTO DELOVI DOO), BELUŠIĆ
   

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 67,89% of the total capital and 100,00% of stake of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE, which is 3,01% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 70,90% of capital of the privatization entity, Enterprise for production and sale of polyurethane and furniture "BLAGOTIN" DОО ("ZASTAVA AUTO DELOVI" DОО). The stake of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE, in the entity capital is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
