Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 19.12.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03, 45/05 and 123/07), and Article 5 of the Decree оn sale of capital and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS" no-s. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08),
Privatization Agency announces:

Basic data on auction sale
Privatization Agency offers within the joint offer:
1. 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the privatization entity - D.О.О., DVADESETPRVI MAJ – FABRIKA TURBOMOTORA I TRANSMISIJA, Belgrade, which is 69,41% of the total capital and 0,84% of the total capital, which is 100,00% of stake of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE, in the stated privatization entity. Totally is offered 70,25% of capital of the privatization entity, D.О.О., DVADESETPRVI MAJ – FABRIKA TURBOMOTORA I TRANSMISIJA, Belgrade and;
2. 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the privatization entity D.О.О., DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA MALOLITRAZNIH MOTORA, Belgrade, which is 68,53% of the total capital, as well as 2,10% of the total capital, which is 100,00% of stake of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE, in the stated privatization entity. Totally is offered 70,63% of capital of the privatization entity, D.О.О., DVADESETPRVI MAJ – FABRIKA MALOLITRAZNIH MOTORA, Belgrade.
