The Agency informs all interested parties about the amendments no.1 to the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for sale of 70% of socially-owned capital, which amounts to 70% of the entire registered capital of the privatization entity:
1. The Deadline for submission of written requests for purchase of Tender Documents of the privatization entity from the Item 5 of the Public Invitation shall be changed, so this Deadline shall be extended to 1 December 2008 at 16:30 (Belgrade time).
2. The Deadline for submission of binding offers by interested bidders for purchase of 70% of the entire registered capital of the privatization entity from the Item 6 of the Public Invitation shall be changed, so the Deadline shall be extended to 29 December 2008 at 16:30 (Belgrade time).
3. All other data referring to the Public Invitation remain unchanged and are available on the following website:
