Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 28.11.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. GOŠA - DIBUT Limited Liability Company for catering trade, spa tourism and tourism, SMEDEREVSKA PALANKA
   

Privatization Agency, within the joint offer, offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 27,34% of the total capital, 100,00% of stake of the GOŠA-HOLDING KORPORACIJA, SMEDEREVSKA PALANKA, which is 40,66% of the total capital of the privatization entity and 100,00% of stake of the DEVELOPMENT FUND RS, BELGRADE, which is 20,28% of the total capital of the privatization entity. Totally is offered for sale 88,28% of capital of the privatization entity, GOŠA - DIBUT Limited liability company for nourishment services, catering trade, spa tourism and tourism. The stakes of members of the company are offered for sale according to the authorities assigned to the Privatization Agency.
