Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 11.09.2008.

According to Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of capital and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 и 91/07), Privatization Agency is announcing




Based on the authority from Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 11.09.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and the deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about corrections of date, place and time of the Public auction.

Public invitation for participation in public auction, under code 171008-3175, organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Društveno preduzeće (Socially-owned enterprise) RADNIČKI UNIVERZITET, Ruma, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, and now reads as follows:

"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Društveno preduzeće RADNIČKI UNIVERZITET, Ruma, under code 141108-3175, will be held on 14.11.2008, at the address: Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 14.11.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documentation is 05.11.2008, until 16:30.
Daedline for submission of applications is 06.11.2008, at 16:30."
