Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 29.04.2008.

According to Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Decree оn sale of capital and asses by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency is announcing




Basd on the authority from Public invitation for participation in public auction which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 29.04.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals on corrections of date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public invitation for participation in public auction, under code 241008-2299 organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Akcionarsko društvo za kinematografiju (Joint-stock company for cinematography) TERRA FILM, Novi Sad, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, and now reads as follows:

"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Akcionarsko društvo za kinematografiju TERRA FILM, Novi Sad, under code 281108-2299, will be held on 28.11.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije St. 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 28.11.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documentation is 19.11.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 20.11.2008, at 16:30."
