Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 21.10.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Limited Liability Company DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA TURBOMOTORA I TRANSMISIJA, BEOGRAD
   
2. Limited Liability Company DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA MALOLITRAŽNIH MOTORA, BEOGRAD
   

Within the joint offer, the Privatization Agency offers the following:
1. 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization D.O.O., DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA TURBOMOTORA I TRANSMISIJA, Beograd, which amounts to 69,41% of the entire capital, as well as 0,84% of the entire capital which amounts to 100,00% of the stake of the Development Fund RS, BEOGRAD, in the stated entity undergoing privatization. In total, it is offered 70,25% of the capital of the entity undergoing privatization, D.O.O., DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA TURBOMOTORA I TRANSMISIJA, Beograd;
2. 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization D.O.O., DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA MALOLITRAŽNIH MOTORA, Beograd, which amounts to 68,53% of the entire capital, as well as 2,10% of the entire capital which amounts to 100,00% of the stake of the Development Fund RS, BEOGRAD, in the stated entity undergoing privatization. In total, it is offered 70,63% of the capital of the entity undergoing privatization, D.O.O., DVADESETPRVI MAJ - FABRIKA MALOLITRAŽNIH MOTORA, Beograd.

The stake of the Development Fund RS, BEOGRAD in the capital of the entity is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
