Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction which was announced in the daily "Politika" on 28.08.2008.

According to Article 9, paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of capital and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency is announcing




Based on the authority from Public invitation for participation in public auction which was announced in the daily "Politika" on 28.08.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about corrections of date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public invitation for participation in public auction, under code 101008-3166 organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Preduzeće za ugostiteljstvo, turizam, trgovinu i spoljnu trgovinu "LIPA" А.D. (Joint-stock company for catering trade, tourism, trade and foreign trade), NOVI PAZAR, is changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so that it now reads as follows:

"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Preduzeće za ugostiteljstvo, turizam, trgovinu i spoljnu trgovinu "LIPA" А.D., NOVI PAZAR, under code 281108-3166, will be held on 28.11.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije St. 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 28.11.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documentation is 19.11.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 20.11.2008, at 16:30.
