Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 05.09.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Socially-owned enterprise for tilling, cattle breeding and trade DOŽA ĐERĐ, BAČKA TOPOLA

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 54,523% of the entire capital and 100,00% of state-owned capital of RS, which amounts to 22,11% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 76,633% of the capital of the privatization entity, Socialy-owned enterprise for tilling, cattle breeding, and trade "DOŽA ĐERĐ". The stake of the socially-owned capital of RS in the entire capital is on sale according to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia 05 No: 023-2144/2008 dated 05.06.2008.
