Correction of the public invitation for participation in the public bidding for purchase of the real estate and equipment of the Hotelsko Turisticki Kopleks INEX Zlatna Obala Sutomore

According to the authority from Clause 9 of the Public invitation for participation in the public bidding for purchase of the real estate and equipment of the Hotelsko turisticki kompleks Inex Zlatna Obala (Hotel Complex Zlatna Obala) in Sutomore, as seen, sale code IZO 07/08, announced on 21.06.2008 in the daily newspaper "Politika" and on 24.06.2008 in the newspaper "Financial Times", on the basis of which the Privatization Agency keeps the right to change dates and deadlines from the Public invitation, Privatization Agency announces:






Public invitation for participation in the public bidding for purchase of the real estate and equipment of the Hotelsko turisticki kompleks Inex Zlatna Obala in Sutomore, sale code IZO 07/08, announced on 21.06.2008 in the daily newspaper "Politika" and on 24.06.2008 in the newspaper "Financial Times", has been changed in the part referring to the sale code, period of site visit, deadlines for purchase of the selling documents, submission of applications for participation in the public bidding and public bidding date, so that it now reads as follows:

1. Sale code IZO 09/08.
   
2. Deadline for submission of request in writing for purchase of the selling documents is 01.09.2008, at 16:30.
   
3. The period in which it is possible to make site visits to the subject of sale lasts until 04.09.2008.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications for participation in the public bidding is 05.09.2008, at 16:30.
   
5. Public bidding for the purpose of public sale will be held on 12.09.2008, with the beginning at 11:00, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije St. 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall.
