CORRECTION OF THE PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AUCTION
which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 16.06.2008.
Based on the authority from Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 16.06.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and the deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about corrections of date, place and time of the Public auction.
1. Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, under code 250708-2138p, organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the "GOŠA" FABRIKA DRUMSKIH VOZILA doo za proizvodnju i servisiranje prikolica i specijalnih drumskih vozila u restrukturiranju (Limited Liability Company for production and maintenance of trailers and special motor vehicles in restructuring), Smederevska Palanka, is changed in the part referring to date, place and time of the Public auction and now reads as follows:
"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the "GOŠA" FABRIKA DRUMSKIH VOZILA doo za proizvodnju i servisiranje prikolica i specijalnih drumskih vozila u restrukturiranju, under code 290808-2138p, will be held on 29.08.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 29.08.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 20.08.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 21.08.2008, at 16:30".
