Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 17.09.2008., in Beograd

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. GOŠA - DIBUT Limited Liability company for catering trade, spa tourism and tourism, SMEDEREVSKA PALANKA
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 27,34% of the entire capital, 100,00% of the stake of GOŠA-HOLDING KORPORACIJA, SMEDEREVSKA PALANKA, which amounts to 40,66% of the entire capital of the privatization entity and 100,00% of the stake of DEVELOPMENT FUND RS, BEOGRAD, which amounts to 20,28% of the entire capital of the privatization entity. In total, it is offered 88,28% of the capital of the privatization entity, GOŠA - DIBUT Limited Liability Company for catering trade, spa tourism and tourism. The stakes of the members of the Entity are on sale according to the authorities ascribed to the Privatization Agency. download
