Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces
published in the daily newspapers "Politika" on 29.04.2008
According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 29.04.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
1. Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 120908-2299 for sale of the stake of the capital of Joint-stock company for cinematography TERRA FILM, Novi Sad, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:
"Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Joint-stock company for cinematography TERRA FILM, Novi Sad, Auction Code 120908-2299 will be held on 12.09.2008, at the following address JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS, Novi Sad, at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 12.09.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 03.09.2008 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 04.09.2008 at 16:30".
