Annulment of public invitations for participation in public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9 of the Law on Privatization Agency ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/2001 and 135/2004), and in respect of the Article 38 of the Privatization Law ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/01, 18/03, 45/05 and 123/07) and Article 9 of the Decree on Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces



The Public Invitations for participation in the public auctions, published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 30.06.2008 and 03.07.2008, shall be annulled for the following privatization entities:

1. Socially-owned enterprise POLjOOPSKRBA iz Subotice, Auction Sale Code 220808-3064,
   
2. V&V CO Socially-owned enterprise for production, trade and engineering from Belgrade, Auction Sale Code 290808-3072,
   
3. INTER-KONIM Socially-owned enterprise for foreign and domestic trade, and representation from Belgrade, Auction Sale Code 050908-3102,
   
4. BEO-DITA Socially-owned enterprise for wholesale and retail trade from Belgrade, Auction Sale Code 290808-3080,
   
5. Socially-owned enterprise for foreign and domestic trade, and services BEO-DALMA from Belgrade, Auction Sale Code 290808-3081,
   
6. Socially-owned enterprise for trade in jewellery and precious metal products ZLATARNA INTERNACIONAL from Belgrade, Auction Sale Code 290808-3082.
