Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 25.07.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Joint-stock company VOJVODINA TEHNOPROMET, Sremska Mitrovica

Privatization Agency, within the joint offer, offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 46,26% of the total capital and 100,00% of the state-owned capital of the Republic of Serbia, which is 33,91% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 80,17% of the capital of the privatization entity, Trgovinsko preduzeće "VOJVODINA TEHNOPROMET" a.d. (Joint-stock company "VOJVODINA TEHNOPROMET"). The stake of the state-owned capital of the Republic of Serbia in the capital of the privatization entity is offered for sale according to the Power of attorney assigned to the Privatization Agency.
