Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 25.07.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. ЕI ELBAS Company for road transport, trade and services, BELGRADE

Privatization Agency, within the joint offer, offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 21,00% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stake of the EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, which is 70,00% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 91,00% of capital of the privatization entity - EI "ЕLBAS" društvo za drumski prevoz, trgovinu i usluge (Company for road transport, trade and services). The stake of the EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, in the entity capital, is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
