Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency announces



under code 130608-1743p, organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Holding for production and trade "POLJOTEHNA", Negotin

Based on the authority from the Public invitation for participation in public auction which was published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 01.03.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and deadline for submission of applications, can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about changes of date, place and time of the Public auction.

The Public auction, organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Holding – socially-owned enterprise for production and trade "POLJOTEHNA", Negotin, under code 270608-1743p, will be held on 27.06.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.

• Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 27.06.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
  
• The period in which the auction documents can be purchased is from 09.06.2008 until 18.06.2008, from 09:00 to 16:30.
  
• The deadline for submission of applications is 19.06.2008, by 16:30.
