Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 11.07.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. EI Company for planning, production and maintenance of operating and processor systems and digital devices RAČUNARI d.о.о., NIŠ
   

Privatization offer, within the joint offer, offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the privatization entity, which is 35,70% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stock of the EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, which is 49,00% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 84,70% of capital of the privatization entity, EI Enterprise for planning, production and maintenance of operational and processor systems and digital devices RAČUNARI d.о.о. The stock of the EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, in the entity capital, is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
