Notice of Setting Aside the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Bidding

Pursuant to the Item 3 of the Decision of the Privatization Agency no. 10-2615/07-546/03, made on 5 December 2007, the Privatization Agency announces the following:



Pursuant to the Article 27 of the Privatization Law ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), Article 9 of the Law on Privatization Agency "Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/01 and 135/04) and Article 21 of the Privatization Agency’s Statute, the Director of the Privatization Agency made a Decision, on 02.06.2008, whereby the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Bidding for purchase of a part of the real estate and movable property of Lola Sistem AD Beograd–transport system with related land and equipment (Sale Code R-130608-3028), published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 19.05.2008, SHALL BE SET ASIDE.
