Correction of Public Invitation for Participation in Public Auctions published in the daily newspapers "Politika" on 25.01.2008.

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces




According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 25.01.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

• Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 230508-2203 organized for sale of the capital of the Socially-owned enterprise for production, wholesale and retail trade SEMENARNA, Beograd, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:
  
  "Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for production, wholesale and retail trade SEMENARNA, Beograd, Auction Code 270608-2203, will be held on 27.06.2008, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
  Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 27.06.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
  The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 18.06.2008 at 16:30.
  Deadline for submission of applications is 19.06.2008 at 16:30".
  
• Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 230508-2201 organized for sale of the capital of the Socially-owned enterprise for foreign and domestic trade, production, trade and intermediation YUGRADIS, Beograd, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:
  
  "Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for foreign and domestic trade, production, trade and intermediation YUGRADIS, Beograd, Auction Code 270608-2201, will be held on 27.06.2008, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
  Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 27.06.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
  The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 18.06.2008 at 16:30.
  Deadline for submission of applications is 19.06.2008 at 16:30".

  "Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for foreign and domestic trade, production and services "BEOINDUPLATI", Beograd, Auction Code 270608-2202, will be held on 27.06.2008, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
  Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 27.06.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.

  "Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Enterprise for construction, commercial and business services HIDROGRADNjA KOMERC d.p. Beograd, Auction Code 270608-2205, will be held on 27.06.2008, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
  Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 27.06.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
  The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 18.06.2008 at 16:30.
