Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 27.06.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. OZ - LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR, PRHOVAČKA BR. 143, ŠIMANOVCI

The Privatization Agency and the Share Fund offer the stake of the Republic Pension Fund in the capital of the enterprise OZ – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE OF TOYS, which amounts to 5,27% of the entire capital of the enterprise, and the stake of the Share Fund of the Republic of Serbia in the capital of OZ - LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE OF TOYS, which amounts to 40,02% of the entire capital of the enterprise. In total, it is offered 45,29% of the entire capital of the enterprise. download
